How do I view more specific details on each piece, like media used?
Each image is linked to its original listing. In the listing you will find specific details on each piece such as materials, the poetry that goes with it, sometimes framing tips, notes on the collection, links to prints that go with each original if they have them, etc.Clients wanting to take art straight away?
For clients who are wanting to walk out of the café with the art in hand, that is totally fine, of course! Especially if that is how the natural flow of the sale is going. However, as I have a specific way of packing art safely for traveling and I like to include notes and marketing materials from me to personalize the experience, please offer them the option to have me ship the art directly to them. (See Shipping details below - Shipping for EU and France is FREE except for the two largest pieces near the couch, Quiet Sunset and Sun & Solitude.)
Should I try to get the client’s contact information?
PLEASE take the client’s information so that I can reach out to them! This is really important even if they take the art straight away from the café after purchasing. I strive to build lasting relationships with my clients, and so this is especially important as I won’t be meeting them in person.
SHIPPING
Traveling Clients: Can you ship art?
Absolutely. If clients want to buy the art at the café I can ship the art to them to avoid having to travel with it. Shipping for all the pieces except the two largest ones is free for France and the EU. Even if they live in Aix or close by, you can still offer the option to ship or have me drop it off if they are not prepared to the take the art with them (I prefer this, for the reasons stated above, but it is not a necessity.)OTHER CURRENCIES
Can clients still buy my art online in other currencies?
Yes! Listings in dollars are not a problem for those who want to buy in euro or other currencies online. You can pay with a credit card or PayPal in other currencies and it will be converted during the transaction. If you choose PayPal for checkout, PayPal will ask you which currency you would like to use in their checkout page.
Why are the listings themselves still priced in dollars?
At this time, my entire site is set to price in Dollars as my main clientele is still American. In order to offer pricing in euro, I have to code and work on setting this throughout the site… so this is coming soon.GETTING IN TOUCH
What happens if we want to close a sale but we can’t get in touch with you?
This is totally fine. I trust you all completely in this! If there is some burning question that seems unanswerable by this page or my site in general, I trust you to make your best judgement about it, rather than wait for me to respond if it might mean losing a potential client. I’m usually very quick to respond so I don’t see this becoming a problem, but I very much view this as a team effort and trust your best judgment.

PRINTS
Are you offering prints of these originals?
YES, of course! This is a great option for people who are on the fence because the prices seem out of their budget. I’m offering The Abstract Print Set (38 euro) which is based off the two framed abstract paintings by the stairs as you walk up, and The Postcard set (15 euro) which are 6 fine art postcards based of the “Color Blocks” which are hanging over to the left by the window. You can offer free shipping for these if they buy sets at the café, just make sure to get their contact so I can write them about shipping addresses etc.The large chalk, Quiet Sunset, did have a set of Limited Edition Prints, but they are sold out. I did not offer Earth & Sky Set as a prints for this collection.
