Bennett, a beautiful, working mother and her duaghter, Rosemary, are the inspiration for this photoshoot. Womankind Magazine challenged me, as one of their readers, to enter a photography competition around the theme of "Profession" or Work. Bennet embodies this to me in the context of womankind and motherhood- a kind, dedicated mother, who works two jobs and has the most incredible connection with her daughter, Rosemary. I could see from the moment I met them in our company's office that their bond was incomparable. She has such a wonderful air of comfort and stability around her. I loved shooting her, Rosemary and also Bennett's mother to show three generations of women and their very apparent, strong, integral connection to one another. Photographing women in their most comfortable places, in their bodies and in their element is how I support women all over the world- showing how real women live, work and love.
