Frequently Asked Questions

I am continuously updating this section as questions arise. If you have an immediate question, please email me at averyches@gmail.com.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMes FOR MY ART?

A lot of care and attention goes into creating your fine art prints and adding the details that make it an Avery Ches piece. Please allow up to one week for the preparation of your print, and a further 2 weeks for shipping. If you are located in France or outside the US, there is a possibility that shipping can take over two weeks, which unfortunately we cannot expedite at this time.

Are shipping times different for originals, prints or commissions?

This certainly will play a factor, especially for commissions which can vary widely in the time it takes to complete them. If you are waiting on art to be framed, this can also require a longer processing time. Regardless of which type of art you are taking home, if you have a deadline, please let us know from the beginning, even before purchasing, so that we can discuss whether your deadline is achievable (usually they are!)

the original i wanted is sold out - what I can do?

If an original piece that you would like to own is displaying as ‘sold out’, please contact Avery either using the ‘Contact’ section or by email at averyches@gmail.com to discuss creating a new original piece for you. Your new piece can be a unique commission, inspired by one you have seen, or a very close copy, according to what you would like.

WHAT IF MY ART ARRIVES BENT OR DAMAGED?

If there are any issues with your art when it arrives, please get in touch with Avery as quickly as possible using the ‘Contact’ section or by email at averyches@gmail.com to find a solution. We generally do not offer full refunds but replacements, credits or exchanges of art.

What is your Return Policy for Prints & Originals?

If you are dissatisfied for any reason once your art arrives, please contact Avery using the ‘Contact’ section or by email at averyches@gmail.com to discuss. We want you to love your art and we will do everything we can do achieve this together. We do not, however, offer full refunds or returns, but would prefer to find a solution involving replacement, credits or exchanges that you will love, as is according with our values and goal to share beauty and great art.

Why does My print says it is being shipped from a differernt state or country than louisiana or france?

My art prints are created by my trade-certified printshops in the US, UK or EU. Unless otherwise specified (i.e. you have purchased a hand-signed, limited-edition print, or an original piece), your print will ship directly to you from my printshops for the safest and quickest delivery.
